Founder
Kostas Koultzis
Kostas is a lifelong learner and parent who believes that curiosity and a growth mindset are the foundations of every great achievement. With over two decades of international experience leading teams and shaping strategy across global organisations, he now mentors startups and founders on their own journeys of growth and transformation. Kostas holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a master’s in Project Management from the University of Brighton, complemented by executive studies in Strategy and Finance at INSEAD and a Power MBA from The Power Business School. He founded Noesis Ark to inspire children to explore, question, and develop themselves through continuous learning — helping them see knowledge not as something to memorise, but as an adventure to be discovered.
